We brew ever other week and found a need for a web-based, standards-friendly, API plentiful and easy to use application to help us along with the entire brew life-cycle.

Since such a tool doesn't exist, we are building it.

The Goal
We are brewing a Belgian Tripel this week.


1 oz CZECH SAAZ (one of my favorites) and 1/2 oz Summit hops.


- 12.5 lbs. Belgian Pilsner malt
- 0.75 lbs Belgian Caramel Pil


This is the FIRST TIME ever using this yeast! Can't wait! WYEAST Trappist 3787.


I made the starter 8/12/2011: it is 1/2 cup DME Light and 2 Cups Water.


1lb Belgian Candi Rock Sugar. I have another 1/2lb downstairs that I am considering throwing in :).
